By placing an order with SIGNAL REX, you agree with the following terms and conditions, as well the OBLIGATION to pay for your order.


We advise you to group your items in one order to avoid processing and shipping issues. We are unable to group two distinct orders placed separately.


SHIPPING

All products ship worldwide.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and taxes, unless stated otherwise. *customs fees are not included*


Packages are generally dispatched within an average time of 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment and processing is completed, however dispatch time may differ at busy seasons such as sale season, holidays, Festivals season etc..

In the items marked as “Coming Soon” or “Pre-Order”, the processing/dispatch time might extend even longer.


All packages will be shipped in registered post or courier and we will provide you a tracking number, with no exceptions.


Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.


We are not responsible for delivery delays due to custom clearance and other unexpected events. Please allow enough time for your order to be delivered.


Estimated transit times only start from the day of dispatch.


We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed but customers are responsible for the re-shipping fee.

PAYMENTS

We accept PayPal, STRIPE, Bank transfer or WISE for international outside EU Bank Transfers as payment methods.

Bank transfer transaction fees are at your own cost, when applied.


CUSTOMS FEES

All our orders are shipped from Portugal and customs fees may apply based on your location outside EU. The fee may vary depending on your order value, your country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You are responsible for these fees and should pay any fees directly to the appropriate customs agency.


REFUNDS

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of received your purchase, if 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Please visit our Refund Policy page and read more about eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

We will not share your information with any third party and we may contact you via email in the future (ie.: newsletters, further contacts or releases marketing) unless you ask us not to.
